I am an award-winning specialist accredited doctor in work and health  (Consultant Occupational Health Physician) with nearly 2 decades of UK based and international clinical experience including General & Trauma Surgery.

As the Founder of Medic Footprints, I run the world's largest global platform connecting doctors with the best companies offering diverse careers.

The main work I do is 2-fold:

Coaching & mentoring doctors in career change

Consulting with global brands on how to position themselves to attract the best in doctor talent; particularly within health tech, pharma and consulting sectors.

I run the Disrupting Doctors Careers Podcast - where I deep dive into what's behind doctors making the move to alternative careers. With a mix of thought leadership episodes and diverse and inspiring doctor guests, we've achieved over 30k downloads in 1 year alone.

 

I'm a mama of 2 small kids, and a not-so good boulderer!
